Cian Maciejewski

My name is Cian Maciejewski, most people call me C. I am the Owner of Rogue FITTness. I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach and have been for 9 years. I have over 18 years’ experience in the sporting industry as an elite level athlete representing Australia in Soccer & Athletics. I have been a semi-finalist in Season 2, 3 & 4 of Australian Ninja Warrior. My latest achievement was winning The Natural Body Building Competition taking home gold in 3 divisions.

I have a huge passion for helping you unleash your true potential, mentally & physically shifting you through barriers you never thought possible.

There is a huge mental game associated with body transformations, habitual changes and busting through thresholds. I am here to guide you through all aspects of your training to find true success internally and externally. I honestly believe if you train with true purpose and intent absolutely everything is possible.

Other than being a Strength Coach, I have a beautiful girl, Figgy Rose. I get excited about hidden waterfalls, hot cinnamon donuts and being spontaneous.

STRENGTH COACH - POWERLIFTER

Shane Nantais

Growing up, I was surrounded by strong women. My grandmother was a Marine Air Traffic Controller in WWII, and my mom was a fitness enthusiast known as the "Iron Maiden" at her gyms.

Once in the work world, my sport became competitive eating.  I rose up the podium to at least 150kg - maybe more - I stopped checking. I had pre-diabetes and was told I should replace both my knees because they were too worn out.

During COVID, while isolating in NYC, I rediscovered my love for fitness. I started with kettlebells, yoga and core work, then returned to powerlifting in April 2021. I've competed twice in the US and I'm excited for my first Australian meet in November. So far, we're down 40kg and counting but I've also reversed the diabetes and my knees feel great!  

My goal for this next meet is to break 500kg total or  200kg deadlift, 200kg squat, and 125kg (ish) bench press.  My bigger goal is to be one of the top 3 in the Masters division in my weight class across Australia in the next 3-5 years. Starting later in life can have some advantages!

And the important part - I first came to Ulladulla in 2015 and have been here (or Hawaii/NYC) ever since and plan to be here for good! I love the bushwalks, beaches and the great foodie options we've got on the South Coast.

Julie McKay

I’m Jewls, I’ve been in the industry close to 20 years. I love helping people to feel strong and feel good about their body.

I’m passionate about strength training and what it can do for your body and your mind. I’m committed to ongoing education and applying what I learn to my coaching.
I am also a precision nutrition level 2 coach and I specialise in disordered eating.

I’m a mum, I love lifting heavy things, coffee, sun and saltwater, and my favourite thing is laughing until I can’t breathe.

As a coach I will help you to find your strength and what you are capable of, which is often a lot more than you think! Strength training can improve your confidence, stress management and mood. While we train towards your goals I have a focus on helping you to move better, without pain and educate you around training and nutrition along the way.
